Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy Summary
This policy describes how orders are handled, prepared, and delivered, including estimated timeframes and the overall process from purchase to delivery.

2. Shipping Area and Charges
Shipping is available only within the United States. Shipping is provided at no cost, and no shipping fees are added at checkout.

3. Processing of Orders
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is issued. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). Orders submitted after 04:00 PM EDT are processed on the next business day. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, transit generally takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). The combined timeframe, including processing and transit, is usually between 5–9 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in these estimates.

5. Tracking Details

  • Tracking is provided for all orders through the order tracking page.
  • A confirmation email is sent once the shipment has been dispatched.
  • You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

6. Cancellation Requests
Orders will be cancelled only before processing begins by contacting support@clyzeno.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, any return must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an order is received with an issue, customers should contact support@clyzeno.com and provide:

  • The order number,
  • A description of the issue,
  • Images showing the product condition.

Each request will be reviewed, and where applicable, a replacement or refund will be issued in line with relevant regulations.

8. Delays in Delivery
Delivery times may be affected by factors such as high demand, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. An additional delay of up to 3 business days may occur. For extended delays, customers can contact support at support@clyzeno.com.
