Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy sets out the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, particularly in cases of defective or incorrectly described items. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Return and Exchange Timeframe
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be in their original, unused state.
- All components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- No signs of use, washing, or modification should be present.
4. Items Not Eligible
Returns or exchanges will not be approved if:
- The item does not meet the stated return conditions.
- Damage results from improper use or handling.
- The return is sent without prior authorization.
5. How to Request a Return
Customers must contact support within 30 days from the date of delivery at support@clyzeno.com. The request should include the order number, item details, reason for return, and images if relevant. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an order is received with an issue, customers should contact support@clyzeno.com and provide:
- The order number,
- A description of the issue,
- Images showing the product condition.
Each request will be reviewed, and where applicable, a replacement or refund will be issued in line with relevant regulations.
7. Refund Procedure
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Return Shipping
- Return instructions and the return address are provided after approval.
- If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, return shipping costs are covered by the store.
- For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees are charged.
9. Cancellation Requests
Orders will be cancelled only before processing begins by contacting support@clyzeno.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, any return must follow the return procedure above.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and approved. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.
11. Policy Enforcement
Returns or exchanges may be declined in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or repeated violations of this policy.
