Shipping

Shipping is provided at no cost, and no shipping fees are added at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, transit generally takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). The combined timeframe, including processing and transit, is usually between 5–9 business days.

An additional delay of up to 3 business days may occur. For extended delays, customers can contact support at support@clyzeno.com.

Order and Cancellation

Orders will be cancelled only before processing begins by contacting support@clyzeno.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, any return must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in their original, unused state.
  • All components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
  • No signs of use, washing, or modification should be present.

Customers must contact support within 30 days from the date of delivery at support@clyzeno.com. The request should include the order number, item details, reason for return, and images if relevant. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
